Your first step is to meet with a member of our team to review online design software and samples with treatment options. We would also be happy to provide you with a custom proposal! You’d then sign a contract based on an order quantity that can be altered up until one month before the final submission. As part of the United Yearbook family, you will have access to our design software with year-round technical support and training for no additional cost! We offer a multitude of workshops throughout the school year and summer break for no additional cost. Your file of the cover will normally be due 6 months before the final submission deadline. Deadlines are based on the size and page count of the yearbook. During the school year, we can help you plan your cover reveal party. This is a fun experience for those who have purchased their yearbook. Once your yearbook has been finished you will submit the entire book to us before or on the day of your final deadline. We understand that selling the yearbook can be difficult and will help with online marketing to boost your sales! Finally, we will deliver the yearbooks to your school, and you can distribute them from there.
