Our Process for Fire Department Albums
Step 1
Request a custom quote based on your specifications: page count, quantity, type of binding, and any special treatment.
Step 2
The quote includes layout design, soft proofing, printing, and delivery. We handle personnel photos and autoflow with trusted studio partners.
Step 3
Determine the timeline, quote, payment, and delivery schedule. Submit the proposal to the Captain for approval.
Step 4
Sign a contract based on your order details & receive expert support as you go through the yearbook process.
Step 5
Outline the workflow, file formats, layout design, templates, proofing process, and submission deadlines.
Step 6
We provide online software support and training to help transfer content into a digital format.
Step 7
Receive regular updates on your order's status until it is successfully delivered.
Need professional portraits for your personnel?
We refer portrait and team photography to a trusted studio and handle autoflowing the files into your layout. Alternatively, we can work with your studio to seamlessly sync all personnel photos into the book at no additional cost.
