It was a delight to work with United Yearbook Printing and Sarah Tse the last 2 years of my teaching career. Our school had previously worked with another company, and it became obvious that the partnership was no longer a good fit. When reviewing and interviewing potential publishing companies, United Yearbook Printing stood out. Sarah was simply head and shoulders above the other companies. When our school contracted with United Yearbook Printing, we were provided with the most caring and generous support to make one of the best yearbooks our school ever produced. This last school year ('19-'20) Sarah and her team continued the incredible support with workshops both on and off site, online assistance for me and my student team, and regular visits to our campus to encourage and celebrate our students. This was most important once our school shut down because of COVID-19. Sarah helped anchor our work with important suggestions to adapt the book in this least optimum situation. My students and I are most grateful for this careful shepherding of our work through this difficult time. The yearbook was completed and delivered to the school community before the end of the year. I have been with United Yearbook Printing for two years, and I am completely satisfied with EVERYTHING. Each year my staff members are instructed on caption writing, lay outs, and team building, among other important skills. We even got a Photoshop tutorial which helped us immensely with our overall book design and section lay outs. Sarah Tse wants to sell yearbooks, yes, but she mostly wants US to sell yearbooks--that's the personal touch. She comes to campus several times a year when parents will be around to advertise the book and senior ads. That's significant. I greatly appreciate all the work Sarah and David and Paola put into getting The Arrowhead published. United is a generous, flexible, creative, and dedicated company. I wish I had switched to United sooner.
