Step 3

Sign a contract based on your order details & receive expert support as you go through the yearbook process.

Step 4

Outline the workflow, file formats, layout design, templates, proofing process, and submission deadlines.

Step 5

We provide online software support and training to volunteer officers to help them transfer their content into digital format.

Step 6

Receive regular updates on your order's status until it is successfully delivered.

A Case Study Capturing 150 Years of LAPD History

Learn more about the process below.

The yearbook commemorates 150 years of LAPD history, and we were honored to help bring it to life. It showcases the department’s unity with a glossy, laminated cover featuring an embossed LAPD badge—a symbol of the pride officers feel in wearing it. Silver-embossed lettering on the spine marks the department’s service span, while a navy ribbon bookmark and silver-tipped pages add timeless elegance. The back cover features a debossed LAPD seal, incorporating symbols of authority and the setting West Coast sun. As a historical keepsake, the yearbook drew interest from retired officers and law enforcement nationwide and abroad. Thirty LAPD officers volunteered to shape its pride-filled pages. United Yearbook approached every detail with precision and care—echoing, in part, the dedication the LAPD has shown over 150 years.

5-star reviews

"I had the pleasure of working with United Yearbook Printing to publish a Commemorative 150th Anniversary Yearbook for my agency. Sarah Tse and her team of experts were phenomenal.  I had never created a yearbook and wasn't sure how to accomplish such a huge task.  United Yearbook Printing walked my editors and I through the process step by step. They were patient, flexible, easy to understand, and offered a number of solutions to any of our concerns."
